Aureol Global Connections is hiring for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator on behalf of Auldstone Crafts Limited trading as Stone Solutions, Main Street, Camolin, Co.Wexford, Y21W4A0 Ireland. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: CNC programming, setup, and operation of Intermac Master38.3, Breton Winger, and Flow Waterjet machines within a manufacturing environment. The role involves creating and modifying CNC programs using CAD/CAM and ICAM software, interpreting technical drawings, selecting and setting up tooling, and translating production requirements into accurate machine instructions. Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating machinery, safely loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine performance during production, making adjustments to achieve quality specifications, and maintaining detailed production records. Candidates must have proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator, with the ability to write programs, troubleshoot machining issues, and optimise production processes. A high level of attention to detail, numerical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. Experience working specifically with Intermac 38 machines and the ICAM package is highly desirable. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€40,000.
