company: Bulk Buy Job Description We are seeking a full-time Logistics Controller to coordinate and support the movement, delivery and distribution of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating delivery schedules and maintaining accurate transport and freight records. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Process customer orders and forward requisition documentation to storage and distribution personnel. Plan and formulate delivery loads according to operational requirements. Prepare vehicle schedules and determine efficient delivery routes for delivery staff. Monitor tachograph readings and maintain accurate records of drivers' working hours and distances travelled. Prepare and process documentation required for the transportation and distribution of goods. Obtain customs clearance and process relevant import and export documentation for the movement of goods between countries. Maintain accurate records regarding the movement, status and location of freight and containers. Maintain records relating to the allocation and movement of logistics and delivery staff. Liaise with drivers, storage personnel and distribution teams to support efficient delivery operations. Ensure transport and logistics documentation is accurately maintained and updated.
