Temple Bar Barber Shop is recruiting a full-time Marketing Executive to support the company’s commercial growth through marketing strategies, market analysis and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer behaviour analysis to support strategic decisions and commercial growth.
Develop, implement and analyse marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, brand positioning and commercial performance.
Monitor KPIs, performance metrics and campaign ROI, preparing analytical reports and optimisation strategies.
Develop marketing strategies based on audience segmentation, market positioning and data analysis.
Lead marketing initiatives with external partners, digital platforms and advertising suppliers, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial objectives.
Use analytics and performance marketing tools to assess campaign results, conversion rates and growth opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities through qualitative and quantitative market research.

Requirements
Previous experience in marketing, market analysis or a related field.
Experience with metrics, analytics and strategic marketing planning.
Analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Annual Salary: €36,605
