Analyse large volumes of property, financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns and areas requiring management attention.
Collect and consolidate data from property management, accounting, rental, maintenance and other business systems for detailed analysis.
Use data-mining techniques to identify patterns in rental income, occupancy, operating costs and property performance.
Develop statistical and mathematical models to forecast rental income, expenses, occupancy and overall business performance.
Build data models to evaluate property performance and identify factors affecting revenue and operating costs.
