We are looking for one more person to join our kitchen team — especially with the busy Christmas season just around the corner! We are looking for a Chef de Partie who enjoys working with meat and fish and has a passion for good food and fine dining. What we are looking for: 3+ years’ experience as a CDP, or strong Demi CDP experience Good skills in meat & fish preparation and cooking High standards and attention to detail Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety Someone reliable, hardworking and easy to work with Full legal permission to work in Ireland is essential What we offer: Full-time position Fine dining environment Friendly and professional kitchen team Staff meals Opportunity to learn, develop and progress Start ASAP, Work in the heart of Dublin city Centre.
