We are seeking a skilled and reliable HGV Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidates duties will include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of Heavy trucks, trailers, and other machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for mechanical work and problem-solving to contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

Duties

Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify faults or potential issues.
Perform repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.
Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades as required.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other team members to optimise maintenance procedures and improve operational efficiency.
