We are seeking experienced Construction Operatives with skills in shuttering carpentry, steel fixing, and concrete works to join our construction team. The successful candidates will: Construct, erect, and dismantle formwork (shuttering) for concrete structures Install reinforcing steel (rebar) in accordance with construction drawings Prepare, place, and finish concrete Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Work safely and effectively as part of a construction team Follow all health and safety regulations, including Safe Pass and PPE requirements Qualifications / Experience: Experience in shuttering carpentry, steel fixing, concrete works, or a similar construction role Ability to read construction drawings Knowledge of construction site health and safety practices Relevant certifications (SafePass, CSCS) preferred
