Weekly hours: 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities
•	Prepare and optimise customer artwork and production files for wide-format printing, signage, vehicle graphics and other visual communication products.
•	Carry out pre-press operations including artwork verification, sizing, scaling, colour management, nesting and print file preparation using RIP software.
•	Operate and monitor wide-format printing equipment to produce high-quality graphics, signage, decals, banners and vehicle graphics.
•	Configure print settings, load appropriate media and materials, and manage print production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
•	Conduct quality inspections throughout production, ensuring colour accuracy, print quality, dimensions and finishing standards meet customer and company requirements.
•	Operate laminating, finishing and cutting equipment, including plotters and digital cutting systems, preparing materials for final production and installation.
•	Trim, weed, mount and finish printed graphics on a variety of substrates including aluminium composite panels, PVC and vinyl materials.
•	Prepare vehicle graphic kits and printed materials for installation, including application tape preparation, finishing and packaging.
•	Carry out routine operator maintenance, calibration and cleaning of printing and finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•	Maintain accurate production records and comply with company quality control procedures, health and safety requirements and production standards.

Requirements:
•	Previous experience operating digital, large-format or commercial printing equipment in a production environment.
•	Experience with print file preparation, artwork setup, colour management and RIP software.
•	Ability to operate printing, laminating, cutting and finishing machinery safely and efficiently.
•	Strong understanding of print production workflows, quality control procedures and production deadlines.
•	Knowledge of signage production, vehicle graphics, vinyl applications and related printing materials is highly desirable.
•	Ability to interpret production specifications and customer artwork requirements accurately.
•	Good attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and commitment to maintaining high production standards.
•	Experience with Roland printers, Caldera RIP software, plotters or Kongsberg cutting systems would be advantageous.
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a production team in a fast-paced environment.
•	Commitment to workplace health and safety procedures.
