Job Description:

To ensure that the property/premises are maintained to a high standard and to ensure safe working practices at all times within the properties.

Main Duties:

To pro-actively manage daily work-load ensuring effective use of available resources including painting and decorating.
Prep, fill, sand and mask.
Priming and painting walls, ceilings, skirting, architraves, doors and frames. Brush, roller and spray.
Some exterior work - render, timber, gutters and railings. Wallpapering where needed. Leave every place clean.
To ensure duties are carried out in a timely manner.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest professional and safety standards possible.
Ensure that all maintenance activities and procedures adhere to applicable Health and Safety legislation, policies and best practice guidelines.
To abide by the Heco policies at all times.
Requirements:

Safe pass certification is required
Full Irish Driving Licence required
Be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritise work
Be standards are driven and detail-orientated
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Have flexibility regarding working hours
Have a good command of the English Language
