Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

General maintenance to include painting and decoration, repairs to interior and exterior of building etc 
General cleaning duties 
To ensure that tools, equipment and machinery are in good working order prior to use and make arrangements with your line Manager should they need repairing/servicing 
To assist with routine testing of fire alarm systems 
Source maintenance supplies at competitive prices 
To prepare rooms for meeting, interviews etc. 
Ensure that corridors and all access/egress routes are kept free from obstructions at all times 
Provide gardening duties when gardener is unavailable 
Provide Yard and store duties when yard person is unavailable
