Are you organised, hardworking, and take pride in maintaining high standards behind the scenes? Harvest Homemade Café is looking for a motivated Still Room Assistant to join our friendly team and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy café. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a welcoming team environment where quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

Please note: Weekday and weekend availability is essential for this role, as we aim to provide exceptional service throughout the week.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the still room, wash-up, and kitchen support areas.
Washing and storing crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment to the highest hygiene standards.
Assisting with the delivery, storage, and rotation of stock.
Supporting the café and kitchen teams with general cleaning and preparation duties.
Ensuring all food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
Helping in other areas of the café as required to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
A reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Previous cleaning, kitchen porter, still room, or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Fully flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends.
