Duties and responsibilities: 
•	The role involves the day-to-day management of a 90–120 cow dairy herd, operating a 16-unit milking parlour with automatic cluster removers and dump line.
•	Managing the daily milking routine and maintaining high standards of milking hygiene.
•	General herd management, including animal health, breeding and welfare.
•	Rearing and caring for calves.
•	Managing grazing, grassland and winter feed requirements.
•	Monitoring cow performance and maintaining accurate farm records.
•	Ensuring high standards of animal welfare, cleanliness and farm safety.
•	General farm maintenance and machinery operation as required.
•	Working independently while also coordinating with the farm owner/team.

Requirements/ Skills: 
•	Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in dairy farming.
•	Ability to communicate in English 
•	Proficiency in milking techniques and farm operations.
•	Willingness and flexibility to relocate.
•	Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment.
•	A genuine passion for animal care and agriculture.
•	Reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided accommodation
