Part-Time Chef 

We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Chef to join our team in Cork.

The role:

Preparing food for day-to-day catering, functions and private dining events
Working across a varied menu, from everyday catering to special occasion dining
Maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene
Following HACCP and food safety procedures at all times
Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food
Some weekend work required as part of the rota

What we're looking for:

Must have at least 5 years chef experience 
Enthusiastic, positive, and passionate about food
HACCP Level 2 certificate required
Available to work 25–35 hours per week, including some weekends
Comfortable working across functions, private dining and everyday catering
Reliable, organised and a strong team player
