Develop and manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyse P&L (Profit & Loss statements) and identify improvement areas.
Plan and execute procurement strategies based on demand forecasting.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and distributors to ensure cost efficiency.
Implement inventory management systems (ERP/POS-based).
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics (warehouse to store flow).
Improve operational efficiency through process improvements.
Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Use analytics tools (Excel, ERP dashboards, and BI tools) to:
Forecast demand: Identify slow/fast-moving products and optimise pricing and promotions.
