Job title: Quality Control Technician

Annual Salary: €36,605 for 39 hours a week;
Weekly hours: 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
•	Perform quality inspections of machined components and finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and internal quality standards.
•	Conduct dimensional, visual, and process verification checks, accurately recording inspection results and maintaining quality records.
•	Identify, investigate, and report quality issues, non-conformances, and product defects, supporting corrective and preventive actions.
•	Review quality documentation, inspection reports, certificates, and production records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
•	Support root cause analysis activities and collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve quality performance and manufacturing processes.
•	Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maintaining product consistency and customer satisfaction.
•	Assist in internal audits, process validations, and quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with relevant quality management systems and customer requirements.
•	Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability of inspection findings, quality records, and corrective actions.
 
Requirements
•	Qualification in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
•	Experience in quality assurance, quality control, testing, inspection, validation, compliance monitoring, or process improvement activities.
•	Ability to identify defects, investigate quality issues, analyse information, and prepare accurate documentation and reports.
•	Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards and procedural compliance.
•	Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality-related documentation systems.
•	Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across production, engineering, and quality functions.
•	Understanding of quality management principles, continuous improvement processes, and quality control procedures.
