Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

We are currently recruiting for a Café Assistant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a café environment while developing valuable skills in customer service, food preparation, and teamwork.

Duties may include:

Serving customers and taking orders, Preparing food and beverages, Operating the till, Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, General café duties and stock rotation.

What we’re looking for:

A friendly, reliable, and motivated individual with good communication and teamwork skills and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

This position is funded through the Community Employment (CE) Scheme. Applicants must meet CE eligibility criteria.
