Rainbow Healthcare is a Dublin-based Health and Social care service provider operating across Ireland. We are looking for kind, compassionate & reliable candidates with a passion towards caring for vulnerable individuals, to join our experienced & dedicated team of Healthcare Assistants in Dublin, Cavan, Louth, Meath and nationwide. The Healthcare Assistant/ Support Worker will have to provide high- quality, person-centred care and support the vulnerable individuals in a residential setup. The role involves assisting in:
 Daily Living needs while promoting dignity.
 Supporting residents on how to be independent.
 Promoting their right to chose hence comforting and supporting their well being.
Main Duties:
 Maintain a clean working environment
 Support residents with their day to day activities ( Personal care)
 Prepare health meals.
 Provide companionship and emotional and physical support
 Observing the residents physical and emotional behaviours hence reporting any issues of concern.
 Working as a team and practicing effective communication at all times.
