Role Overview:

Drive company growth by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering on key revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and convert new market opportunities and leads.

Client & Commercial Management: Build key client relationships, draft proposals, and negotiate commercial deals.

Strategy & Collaboration: Align with management on strategy, report on pipeline metrics, and coordinate across departments.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain business advantage.

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.

Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
