Annual Salary: €59,846.28 – €68,749.58 per annum

KSK Rathmor Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join its engineering team in Bridgend, Donegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for skilled welding and fabrication of metal components and structures in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications and production requirements.
Main Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabrication specifications; measuring, cutting, shaping, fitting and assembling metal components; carrying out welding and fabrication using appropriate processes and equipment; preparing materials and components prior to welding; inspecting completed welds and fabricated assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality; carrying out modifications, repairs and adjustments where required; safely operating and maintaining welding and fabrication equipment; working efficiently to meet production and project requirements; and complying with all workplace health and safety procedures.

Applicants should have substantial practical experience in welding and metal fabrication, strong technical and fabrication skills, the ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and measurements, and experience producing high-quality fabricated components and assemblies. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of an engineering team.
Salary: €59,846.28 to €68,749.58 per annum, depending on experience and skills, based on a 39-hour working week. The minimum base rate is €29.51 per hour.
