Carpenter Employer: KNC Construction Ltd Location: KNC Construction LTD, Airport East Business & Technology Park, Unit 5, Farmers Cross, Cork, T12 HR97 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €42,000 per annum Vacancies: 1 Job Description: KNC Construction Ltd specialises in specialised construction activities, formwork and shuttering, carpentry and general building services across Cork city and county. We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our skilled team. Key Responsibilities: • First and second fix carpentry and joinery on residential and commercial projects • Installing and fitting doors, door frames, skirting, architraves, partitions, boxing-in, flooring and other timber elements • Reading technical drawings and specifications • Working as part of a team on various sites • Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety Essential Requirements: • Minimum 2 years relevant experience as a Carpenter • Ability to carry out first and second fix carpentry and joinery work to a high standard • Safe Pass certification (or willingness to obtain) • Full driving licence (B category) desirable • Physically fit and available for site work Salary: €42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
