As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support our financial operations and business development. Main Responsibilities • Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. • Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability across construction projects and related activities. • Conduct cost and margin analysis, including suppliers, materials usage, and operational expenses. • Assist with cash flow monitoring, invoice control, payment processing, and payroll coordination. • Support month-end and year-end financial activities. • Work with management to improve financial efficiency and pricing strategies. • Ensure adherence to basic accounting procedures and internal controls. Candidate Profile • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial, accounting, or analytical role. • Experience within construction, building services, or related industries is an advantage. • Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational abilities. • High attention to detail and strong ability to work independently. • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset. • Must be available to work on-site at 13 Amberley Lawn, Grange, Douglas, Cork (Eircode: T12D5WX) for 39 hours per week.
