The Youth Employment Support Scheme (YESS) is a workplace development opportunity and no prior experience is required. The scheme is for young jobseekers aged 18 to 24 years old in receipt of certain social welfare payments, who are long-term unemployed or who face barriers to employment. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

The participant will gain practical experience in :
Great new opportunity for an E-Commerce and digital marketing specialist to develop and gain experience with the day to day running of a Growing Irish brand based in Galway, you will be responsible for the day to day interaction with customers along with the development of key marketing strategies for the company. 

Due to the current climate, this role will mostly be remote working however we will use various online platforms in task management and chat features such as slack and zoom to remain in contact. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Respond to customer queries/issues via email, or social media, or phone
Knowledge or willingness to learn eCommerce KPIs (e.g. conversion rates, visitor numbers, AOV, customer value) and their relationship to broader commercial goals.
Analyse business performance and influence outcomes based on sound commercial rationale.
Responsible for driving profitable sales and improving overall web performances & KPIs on the brand websites
Managing SEO and email marketing channels, with regular newsletters to drive engagement and sales
Optimizing the customer journey using various analytical tools
Ongoing identification, testing, and development of new channel opportunities whilst also drive integration with offline channels
Maintain and update company websites.
Maintain, update and grow social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
Assist in creating and implementing a digital and social strategy...
Manage online campaigns.
Develop and write material for videos and content.

Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

Experience:
Self-motivated with a drive for results
Customer-focused
Must have ability to effectively structure time and prioritise tasks
Excellent English - written and verbal communication skills 
Knowledge or experience is desirable in Canva, Trello, and other task management tools, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint. 
Must be coachable and open to feedback
