Holyrood Hotel Donegal requires a full time Sous Chef.

Working on starters and main courses and assisting the head chef on duty and filling in for head chef on their days off.

Must have at least 5 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery. Kitchen supervisory experience needed.

Full time permanent position. 

39 hours per week. 

Euro 35,000 per annum salary. 

Job located at The Holyrood Hotel, Main Street, Drumacrin, Bundoran, County Donegal

Duties and responsibilities will include: 

Working on different sections of the kitchen
Assisting the head chef during service. 
Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures 
Supervising kitchen staff
Menu writing
Cooking food to order
