Then this could be your best opportunity yet because we’re looking for someone who’s an Chef de Partie (pastry / confectionery) - Night shift, someone with flair who has worked with both fresh cream and buttercream cakes.

This role is especially for someone who loves the bustle of a busy, small, friendly team embedded in our local community in Drumcondra, Dublin 9.

You’d be part of a team working, 8 hour shifts, five days a week Monday - Saturday. Experience in a similar role is required, working alongside a small team within the food industry.

You are responsible for the daily production and duties assigned

-Ensure the quality, standards and presentation of our products.

-Preparations for next day.

- Responsibility for accurate production labelling and stock rotation

- Organization and restocking of your area.

- New staff training.

Qualifications and requirements

- Qualification certificate or degree in Baking & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts

- Experience in operating HACCP in a previous role

- Minimum two years of experience, preferably if had any pastry or confectionery experience.

- Good communication skills.

- Positive, Dynamic and team player.

- Good English level.
