This work experience programme provides Participants with an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience, learning and training while on the programme. This programme is for jobseekers that are in receipt of qualifying social welfare payments and those transferring from a social welfare scheme. Your eligibility for this programme will have to be verified by the Department as part of the application process. If you are in receipt of the Pandemic Unemployment Payment (PUP) you will be required to transfer to a Jobseekers payment in order to participate on the programme.

The Office Administrator will assist and gain experience in  facilitating the efficient functioning of our office via a range of administrative, clerical, financial and managerial tasks. 

The successful candidate will assist in the following duties:

Assisting in the use of a variety of office software such as spreadsheet, emails and databases.
Assisting  with correspondence, complaints and queries.   Assisting with the preparation of  letters, presentations and reports.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Assisting in implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
Keeping personnel records
Assisting with company social media/advertising. 
The participant will receive formal/informal training and mentoring in the following:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email.
Raising PO Numbers and invoicing

Informal training:
Administration Tasks
Office Procedures
Telephone and communication skills.
