Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Duties include a variety of basic front office and admin tasks. Reception work includes welcoming visitors to the centre and communicating with clients and partner organisations by phone and email. Admin duties include maintaining databases plus data input, managing appointment books for counsellors and recording details of team meetings. Understanding of and adherence to confidentiality very important. Great opportunity to gain experience in a social care admin setting and to avail of funded training in a variety of relevant areas.
