Dublin City Pizza Gastrobar requires a full time pizza chef, 39 hours per week. Applicant must be fast, enthusiastic, clean, creative and friendly. Must have good english, HACCP trained, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Previous wood fired pizza experience a bonus but not essential. Our style of pizza making may be different to what you already know so applicant must be willing to make pizza our way with our recipes! We love to hear new ideas and listen to creative contribution from our chefs, we hope you can contribute. We make some of the best pizza in Dublin and want it to stay like this, hope you can help with that!
