Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

The successful candidate will be required to:
Process wages on a weekly basis and deal with all revenue issues via ROS online
Process bank reconciliations to be signed off by member of Sponsor Board.
Process all invoices from suppliers and keep a record of payments etc.
Check all office supplies on a regular basis
Keep cheque journal up to date 
Assist in  putting application for new project together
Ensure all funding claims are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
Keep records of annual leave for all staff and maintain time sheet records.
Get all documentation ready for supervisor and sponsor group for interviews and meetings etc
Engage with people who may drop into office for information on scheme or newsletter etc.
Keep supervisor and Sponsor group informed of any changes in bank accounts.
Liaise with supervisor or treasurer before paying any creditors.
Assist with newsletter whenever required
Answer phone calls at office in a friendly manner
Observe all GDPR requirements
