Head chef specialising in sushi and yakitori cooking along with the implementation of Japanese cuisine. Head chef would be in charge of his own section on the kitchen and would need to manage and train other cooks. Chef course in Japanese cuisine is preferable (for example sushi chef certificate or yakitori chef certificate) At least 5 years of experience in similar position is mandatory. Applicant must have a good command of the English language.
