Key Duties
Manage your assigned sales region to achieve defined revenue and profitability goals.
Add value to customers and their projects on behalf of PERI
Develop a high level of understanding of PERI products, competitors and the formwork & scaffolding markets.
Identify and target new customers with continuous prospecting to expand market reach
Work closely with customers to manage queries and complaints
Work closely with your Sales Manager to deliver annual sales targets
Implement and drive new product marketing penetration strategies
Collaboration:
Work closely with your Sales Manager to ensure the most cost effective and profitable solutions are given to the customer
Build relationships with customers by earning their trust through continuous delivery of a top-quality service
Continuous collaboration with colleagues to ensure best results

What you'll need
Experience
Experience in the construction industry is essential
Personal Attributes
Drive and ambition with strong negotiation and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to resolve customers’ issues, mitigate objections and offer solutions
Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and reliable
Full EU Driving license
