We are a property and facilities management company based in Dublin. We are looking to recruit a general maintenance operative to work in our building support services team. The role is full time and the successful applicant should hold a full clean driving licence. 
Buildings maintenance experience is essential and should include general maintenance, carpentry, roof repairs, painting & decorating, plaster repairs, problem solving, preventative maintenance and general handyman skills.

Company van will be provided.

Good communication skills and good command of English (oral and written)
Full Irish drivers licence (B class)
Initiative and the ability to work without supervision
Flexibility and eagerness to learn
A keen eye for detail with a high finishing standard
Safe Pass
Good levels of physical fitness
Eligibility to work in Ireland
