Description of employment - Client Executive, Mandarin

40 hours fully onsite
Annual remuneration: €35,000 

Role Overview
The primary responsibility will be to engage with Chinese clients, facilitating seamless communication and understanding between them and our firm. The successful candidate will navigate intricate negotiations, clarify complex legal concepts, and build trust with our Chinese clients. 

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing their enquiries and providing timely updates on their cases.
Facilitate communication between clients and solicitors, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the transaction process.
Assist clients in understanding legal documents and procedures, providing clarification and guidance as needed.
Coordinate appointments, meetings and documentation signings, ensuring that all arrangements are made efficiently and accurately.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality, KYC and data protection regulations.

Essential Skills/Experience
High level of proficiency in both Mandarin and English. 
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of cultural sensitivity. 
Strong organisational abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail. 
Capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently. 
Demonstrated track record in customer-facing roles.
Effective teamwork and collaboration with solicitors and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Desirable Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, law, engineering, or related field.
Strong negotiation skills for complex transactions.
Demonstrated expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Salary and Benefits
€35,000 per annum.
20 days holiday per annum.
