Corrigan Butchers is looking for a full-time Butcher. Responsible for cutting, trimming, and shaping raw meat products according to customer preferences or specific orders; ensuring the proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness and quality standards; preparing and packaging meat products for display and sale.
Candidates must have proven experience as a butcher, and extensive knowledge of different cuts of meat, meat preparation techniques, and industry regulations.
