What you’ll do:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the DOC / GMP and full janitorial cleaning team, ensuring all cleaning standards are consistently met.
Conduct weekly and monthly audits, collaborating with staff and clients to maintain service excellence.
Manage compliance with all company and statutory regulations relating to health & safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Supervise cleaning activities, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks to the required standards.
Oversee and manage cleaning personnel and subcontractors, ensuring high levels of performance and compliance.
Manage budgets and control costs, including labor, expenses, and cash purchases.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site(s), conducting daily spot checks and managing equipment maintenance.
What you bring:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning, janitorial, or a similar field, ideally within the pharmaceutical/GMP industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking skills.
A high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Good knowledge of health & safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
