Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Receptionist/Administrator needed for Ozanam House Community Resource Centre in Dublin 1.

One of the most important roles in the ongoing development of Ozanam House Resource Centre is that of RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT. The Receptionist plays a central role in the day to day running of the centre. They will act as the first point of contact with the general public, becoming the immediate face of Ozanam House. They will also have responsibility for maintaining a fresh and vibrant front of house area.

Responsibilities will include

•	Front of House		 
•	Room Rental
•	Room Scheduling              
•	Programme Support

Person specification

•	An understanding and interest in community development and social inclusion issues an advantage

•	Would suit a well organised person with good communication and interpersonal skills, good ability to work on his/her own initiative and a team worker with an ability to prioritise tasks and to work well under pressure

•	A flexible and enthusiastic person who enjoys being part of a progressive and energetic team.
