Job Description:
As an Operations Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of employee and guest satisfaction, as well as operational efficiency across all departments. Your role will involve maintaining exceptional standards throughout the business, exceeding guest expectations, and driving key performance indicators to optimize revenue streams and enhance brand positioning.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities:

People Management / Employee Experience:
	Consider Employee Values in all interactions and decision-making processes.
	Maintain discipline and foster cooperation among the team.
	Set a positive example for punctuality, attendance, and work ethic.
	Compile weekly rosters and manage payroll budget.
	Develop supervisors and team members for coverage during absences.
	Utilise disciplinary processes when necessary, in consultation with HR.
Customer Experience:
	Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.
	Ensure efficient procedures for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
	Exceed customer needs and expectations through effective team management.
Financial:
	Achieve revenue and profitability targets by optimizing sales opportunities.
	Manage departmental costs effectively and address variances highlighted in reports.
	Maintain cash control, reconciliation, and stock levels in line with demand.
Commercial:
	Maximise sales opportunities and implement up-selling procedures.
	Stay updated on industry trends and participate in commercial meetings to drive business.
	Collaborate with Marketing to promote the business effectively.
CSR / Sustainability / General:
	Support CSR activities and sustainability initiatives.
	Establish a safe work environment and comply with legal requirements.
	Ensure incident reporting, fire training, and compliance with regulations.
	Professional Requirements & Experience:

Requirements
	Minimum of 4+ years of senior management experience.
	Hotel management qualification and strong food and beverage background.
	Experience in revenue and financial management.
	Strong IT skills and a track record of meeting targets.
	Operations experience in various client sectors.
