We are expanding our onsite team and are seeking an experienced Working Foreman/ Site Manager with residential experience to oversee retrofit projects for West Cork Area. 

Your Main Responsibilities:
	Day-to-day management of sites
	Liaise with Management, Design Team, and Sub-Contractors throughout the project. 
	Planning and coordination of all site operations
	Source materials and schedule work in line with programme.
	Ensuring the project is delivered as per agreed scope and within budget.
	Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed project targets.
	Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards.
	Maintenance of accurate documentation on site including full management of the H&S file.
	Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground.
Requirements:
	Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and observation ability
	Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a similar role 
	Ideally with a background in the trade
	Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
	Excellent time management skills
	Safe Pass, First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, PSCS
