Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties to include; To visit clients living alone in their homes weekly or  weekly depending on the client’s . Provide  engagement for clients through home visits, Emphasis on companionship and wellness. Through a smart phone mobile application evaluate the wellbeing of the client; through the smart phone application be able to make referrals to appropriate services.  Works well on a team or on own. This position might include weekend work. Hours flexible
