Required Skills and Qualifications:
•	Degree or Diploma in Electronics or relevant qualification.
•	Proven experience in the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of electronic equipment within the audio, visual, and lighting industry. Experience in the repair of LED panels.
•	Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•	Comfortable working with various computer applications.
•	Communicating in both written and verbal English with colleagues and clients.

Job Description:
The maintenance and repair of AVCOM's rental stock, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability of their audio-visual and communication equipment.

Electronic Equipment Diagnostics & Repair:
•	Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and execute repairs on a diverse range of electronic equipment in audio, visual, and lighting technologies.
Preventative Maintenance:
•	Perform scheduled routine inspections and testing on electronic equipment to prevent potential failures and ensure continuous operation.

Maintenance Records & Compliance:
•	Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records for all activities performed, ensuring transparency and accountability.
•	Adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and regulatory requirements related to electronic equipment maintenance and safety.
