Our client, Sine Engineering & Design Company Limited, based in Castleblayney Co. Monaghan, is currently seeking Welders for immediate start for their facility in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ welding experience required. MIG/TIG Welding Certification and/or experience desirable but not required. There are no minimum academic requirements. 



General Duties / Responsibilities / Experience:

-	To operate welding equipment in order to join metalwork pieces together, using fusion welding processes based on various techniques and materials, and perform simple visual inspection of welds 
-	Requires knowledge of welding techniques, torch temperature for metal processes, metal thermal conductivity and fuel gas 
-	To align components and join metals 
-	To apply arc welding techniques and precision metalworking techniques 
-	To ensure correct metal temperature and handle fuels
-	To operate welding equipment including oxy-fuel torch
-	To recognise signs of corrosion and remove inadequate workpieces 
-	To perform metal active gas welding and inert gas welding 
-	To wear appropriate protective gear and adhere to safety standards 
-	To smooth burred surfaces and recognise metal imperfections 
-	Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience as a Welder 



Annual remuneration: €34,000.00; Pay rate €16.77 per hour 

Work Location: Monaghan Road, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, A75 XR96. 

Number of hours work each week: 39
