Our client, Woodrooffe House Partnership, based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, is currently seeking a Horticulture Worker for immediate start for their farm in Woodrooffe House, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. 

Qualifications:
2 years’ experience in a similar horticulture worker role is required. There are no minimum academic requirements. Training will be provided on-the-job.  



General Duties / Responsibilities / Experience:

-	To carry out practical activities and assist in the production of horticultural crops
-	Execute fertilisation
-	Grow plants
-	Harvest crop
-	Use gardening equipment
-	Monitor fields
-	Nurse plants
-	Prepare planting area for planting 
-	Propagate plants
-	Prune plants 
-	Store crops and products 
-	Supervise hygiene procedures in agricultural settings
-	2 years’ relevant experience as a horticulture worker required 
-	A relevant certification or qualification is a plus but is not required 


Minimum annual remuneration: €30,000.00; Pay rate €14.80 per hour 

Location: Woodrooffe House, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

Number of hours work each week: 39
