Main point of contact for stores area onsite – Goods in / out
 Managing logistics & couriers inbound & outbound.
 Receipt in accounts system and inform site when project deliveries arrive.
 Support general site activities.
 As requested, organize with freight carriers’ shipments both domestically & internationally on behalf of site & clients.
 Work with shipping specialist to Book shipments, prepare paperwork , ensure all relevant documentation is available prior to shipment.
 co-ordinate inbound & outbound shipments including generation of paperwork.
 Material management – kanban inventory control , cycle counts , e-scan
 Main point of contact and manage the sites customs brokerage vendor and ensure all SADs, shipping documentation is filed compliantly.
 Maintain the revenue R&D duty code register , issue codes to projects as required and update register in real time.
 Monitor all emails for inbound shipments , communicate with carriers and ensure smooth movement through customs.
 As part of a CI project team, input into design and validate the shipping & logistics module in ERP system to move process from paper based to system based.
