ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Ireland Ltd is recruiting estimators for our premises at Kingswood Business Park, Dimension House, Baldonnell, Co. Dublin, D22 A0V9, Ireland. 39 hours per week at a minimum of 35,000 euro annual salary (16.85 euro per hour). We are now recruiting for permanent full-time Estimators. JOB DESCRIPTION Prepare Service quotations following Service Engineer visits to customer sites Communicate Service Quotations with Customers Follow up any outstanding Service Quotations with customers to proceed or close off Price all Service quotations appropriately to ensure correct margins achieved Sales of Service Contracts to Customers Liaise with Group and 3rd party suppliers on parts pricing and lead time Order parts from Suppliers and arrange delivery onsite or to our warehouse Communicated date of receipt of parts to Service Co-ordinators in order to ensure Repair work scheduled with Enginners and Customers Schedule Preventative Maintenance work Providing back up summary to inbound customer calls KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience working in a busy, high-pressure office Experience managing teams and delegating tasks Background in either engineering or knowledge of industrial doors and docking equipment is preferred. Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
