Chef de Partie is needed for The Tips y Cow, Unit 3, Beagan's Business Park, Newry Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Dundalk, Louth, A91VW08, Ireland The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and willing to work as a team in a fast-paced environment. -Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation -Comply with all company policies and procedures -Control budget and minimize waste -Maintain a high standard of quality control hygiene and health and safety -Excellent customer service skills -A desire to progress as a chef -Assisting with the management of health and safety -Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station. - Experience 2 years minimum.
