The Indian Cuisine Chef is required to provide quality Indian cuisine including Curry and Tandoori to our guests and to maintain high standards of food hygiene health and & safety at all times. 1. Minimum 2 years of experience of a CDP position 2. Knowledge of Indian food. 3. Prepare a menu for a fine dining Indian restaurant. 4. Prepare a menu for catering & takeaway 5. Capable of maintaining food stock up to the mark. 6. HACCP. 7. Ability to train staff
