Roles and Responsibilities includes, customer service and sales role with relevant product knowledge,specialist language support and technical sales support role.

Responsible for Smooth Operations of 11 centres across
North India & Nepal
Managing, Training and Hiring Team for the Cluster
Resolving client escalations
Contract renewals, negotiations and retention of the
clientsoarding and Offboarding of clients
Coordinate with the Sales Team and maintain inventory
accordingly in the Centres
Vendor Management & Cost Management
