 Carry out all instruction instruction to the direct care of residents, as directed by the nursing staff
- Support the promotion and equality for all the residents
- Contribute to the protection and safety of the residents at all times
- Assist in the ongoing support of residents and others significant to them by enabling residents to maintain their interests, identity and well being and maintaining contact to those who are significant to them
- Support residents in the transition due to changing environments.
