We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our coffee shop's operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the coffee shop, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience in the Coffee Industry: A deep understanding of coffee production, brewing techniques, and coffee culture is essential.
2. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with the ability to motivate employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, schedules, and resources.
4. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
5. Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
6. Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management experience.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing, to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers.
