Suitable applicant will deal with Customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient manner, organise and schedule the workflow through our Service department and carry out Customer follow up  and [prospecting activities to increase the volume of work within our Service Department. Suitable applicant will work closely with our Parts Department and ensure complete Customer satisfaction  with a prompt response to queries. A mechanical/technical background with experience would be necessary for this position.
