Wright’s of Howth, Airside, Terminal 1, Dublin airport requires a Chef de Partie for it’s deli kitchen.

Wright's of Howth the famous fish company also operate delis, cafes, food halls and retail shops in both Dublin airport terminals.

This position is for one of our flagship locations in Terminal 1.

Working on salads, hot plate, gourmet deli style food, take out meals and fish selection you will be an important part of the kitchen team.

Must have at least 2 years chef experience for this position and experience or training in kitchen health and hygiene procedures.

Full time permanent position.

39 hours per week.

Euro 34,000 per annum salary.

Job located at Wright’s of Howth, Airside, Terminal 1 complex, Dublin Airport, Swords, Co. Dublin.

Other duties and responsibilities will include:

Assisting the head chef during daily service and food prep.
Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
Preparing dishes to order.
Supervising junior kitchen staff when on duty.
